KiAvatars uses AI-based systems to create content, in particular videos, images and synthetic voices (incl. HeyGen, ElevenLabs, fal.ai). All AI-generated content is labelled in accordance with Art. 50 EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) DDG under general law. According to Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
