Which cookies we use — and how you decide

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They enable, for example, the secure operation of the site or the embedding of external services. We use cookies as sparingly as possible and, by default, do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

Legal bases
We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We set all non-essential cookies (e.g. from embedded third-party services) only with your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technically necessary storage
Without your consent this website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. The following entries on your device store your settings. Basic statistics count page views without storing anything on your device; additional advanced statistics are collected only after your consent.

Fonts, videos and images are served from our own server. No third-party font, CDN, map or social-media services are embedded.

External services (only with consent)
The meetergo booking calendar is embedded only after you have agreed — in the cookie dialog or directly at the booking section. Before your consent, neither the integration script from cdn.meetergo.com is loaded nor the calendar from cal.meetergo.com embedded: no connection is made and no cookie is set.
Loading it transmits your IP address, browser and device details and the page you are on to meetergo GmbH. Hosting is located in the EU.

On withdrawal, all further connections stop and the entries stored on this domain are removed. We cannot technically delete entries on the provider’s own domain for you; meetergo’s cookie declaration prevails for those.

First-party statistics, no advertising cookies
Basic statistics count page views per published page on our own server as totals, independently of your cookie choice and without cookies, stored IP addresses or visitor identifiers; attributes such as language, device category, window size and source type are counted separately and never linked. The default retention is 365 days. Only after consent do advanced statistics record individual events (see cookie settings), using a random session identifier kiavatars_analytics_session in the browser tab's session storage that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the tab closes and is deleted on withdrawal. These events are kept for at most 90 days by default. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (up to 13 months) after your consent. Administrators can adjust the retention periods.

Manage consent & delete cookies
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time with effect for the future — via the Cookie settings link in the footer. It lists every category and every individual service with its purpose, provider, retention and current setting, and lets you allow or block individual services.
If the scope or purpose of the services requiring consent changes materially, we ask for your consent again. Consent given earlier never automatically covers newly added services.
